Magnetic Dot Therapy for Treating Anxiety and Nervousness – Part II
Many alternative health care providers hear the phrase “they had a panic attack” from individuals who are not aware of the danger behind it. Extremely stressful events take place every day.
Many holistic health specialists turn to magnetic therapy to provide immediate relief for their stressed out patients. A certain level of stress is healthy for the body and the mind, as it can motivate and alert the body to respond to different situations.
The holistic health care providers who employ magnetic therapy as part of their treatments find that by reducing the stress levels of their patients, they can implement a health regiment to help them ward off more serious health complaints in the future.
While magnetic therapy is not a cure all, its value in working with the body in a harmonious fashion has increased the attractiveness of the treatment for a growing number of individuals who find themselves experiencing anxiety or nervousness more often than they would like.
Use the illustration as a placement guide for magnetic therapy as an alternative health treatment for the general symptoms of anxiety.
For the associated problems that come with anxiety, such as palpitations, nausea or wrist pain, place magnetic dots on Point D, on both sides of the arm, in the middle of the inner side of the forearm two and one-half finger widths from the wrist crease.
To relieve emotional imbalances, fear, nervousness, anxiety, and forgetfulness, use magnetic dots on Point E, on both side of arm, on the little finger side of the forearm at the crease of the wrist, and on Point F, directly between the eyebrows, in the indentation where the bridge of the nose meets the forehead, to generally calm the body.
For nervousness, anxiety, chest tension, anguish, depression, hysteria, and other emotional imbalances, place a magnetic dot on Point G, on the center of the breastbone, three thumb widths up from the base of the bone.
As with any alternative medical treatment, consult your physician before beginning magnetic therapy.
