Magnetic Dots for Burnout and Improving Concentration Part 2

Alternative health care practitioners believe magnetic therapy treats both physical and emotional pain, relieves symptoms, and retards the cycle of new health ailments.

This holistic health procedure is now being used to eliminate pain, facilitate healing of broken bones and counter the effects of stress. Magnetic therapy uses traditional acupressure locations to treat various conditions.

Place magnetic dots on Point E, directly between the eyebrows, in the indentation where the bridge of the nose meets the forehead to improve concentration and memory.

To relieve cramps, fainting, and dizziness, place magnetic dots on Point F, two-thirds of the way up from the upper lip to the nose. The effectiveness of this point often increases by pressing it firmly each day over a period of several weeks.

To support concentration, relieve nervousness, chest congestion, insomnia, depression, anxiety, and other emotional imbalances that inhibit concentration and clear thinking, place magnetic dots on Point G, on the center of the breastbone three thumb widths up from the base of the bone.

Use magnetic dots on Point H, to strengthen the mind and body as well as to aid mental clarity. Place the magnetic dot four finger widths below the kneecap, one finger width outside of the shinbone.

For treating memory loss, headaches, fatigue, and poor concentration, use magnetic dots on Point I.

To strengthen the mind and body as well as aiding mental clarity, place the magnetic dot on the top of the foot, in the valley between the big toe and the second toe.

As with any alternative medical treatment, consult your physician before beginning magnetic therapy.

Magnetic Dots for Burnout and Improving Concentration Part 1

People are beginning to realize that there is more to health than just eating, sleeping, breathing and exercising well. The holistic health care practice of magnetic therapy is empowering many to handle problems such as memory loss and burnout.

In one generation our daily exposure to electromagnetic radiation has increased massively. It is the most subtle and insidious of all pollutions, affecting our energy levels, our immunity, and our biochemistry.

Magnetic therapy can diminish its damaging effects.

For relief from emotional exhaustion and headaches, improving mental concentration and memory, place magnetic dots on Point A, on the crown of the head in between the cranial bones. To find the point, follow the line from the back of both ears to the top of the head. Feel for a slight hollow toward the back of the top of the head.

For improving memory and concentration, to relieve mental stress, headaches, and dizziness, place magnetic dots on Point B, in the depression of the temples, one-half inch to the outside of the eyebrows.

To remedy headaches, poor memory, and relieve arthritic pain that inhibits the ability to concentrate, regardless of the pain’s location, place magnetic dots on Point C, below the base of the skull, in the hollows on both sides about two to three inches apart, depending on the size of the head.

Use magnetic dots on Point D, for relief of stress, burnout, overexertion, heaviness in the head, and unclear thinking. This point will help relax your neck allowing greater circulation into your brain. Place the magnetic dot one-half inch below the base of the skull on the ropey muscles one-half inch outward from the spine.

As with any alternative medical treatment, consult your physician before beginning magnetic therapy.
