Magnetic Dots for Neck Pain Part 2

Neck pain and shoulder tension affects most people regardless of the type of work they perform, simply because the neck is the support of the head, one of the most active parts of the body.

For this reason, it is desirable to have optimum neck mobility, which gives a person the capability of moving the head easily in the four directions: to the front and back 90 degrees, 180 degrees in side-to-side rotation and 120 degrees tilting to either shoulder.

Alternative health care providers use magnetic therapy to address the stiffness and neck pain that restrict this mobility.

As a non-invasive holistic health treatment, alternative health practitioners believe that magnetic therapy can positively alleviate the neck pain that originates from an injury caused by an automobile accident or from a chronic degenerative disorder such as osteoarthritis or spinal stenosis.

Place your magnet dots on Points C, located below the base of the skull, in the hollow between the two vertical neck muscles and E, located one-half inch below the base of the skull, on the ropey muscles one-half inch outward from the spine, to help relieve migraine headaches, dizziness, stiff neck, neck pain, neuro-motor coordination problems, eyestrain, irritability, stress, burnout, exhaustion, insomnia and heaviness in the head.

For relief from shoulder tension, nervousness, irritability, and fatigue, place your magnetic dots on Point F, located on the muscle at the highest point of the shoulder, one to two inches out from the side of the lower neck.

As with any alternative health therapy, consult your physician before beginning magnetic therapy and before discontinuing any on-going medical treatment.

Magnetic Dots for Neck Pain Part 1

Magnetic therapy has been shown to be useful in holistic health care for a variety of applications; it is highly regarded due to its ability to work in harmony with the natural electromagnetic energy field of each individual.

The environment where many people work is not always designed for the proper alignment of the body. Particularly in working with computers, stress on the forearms radiates to the shoulders and the neck. Continued strain in this area limits the mobility of the head and neck. Several alternative health care treatments address this complaint.

The sedentary lifestyle that more people are leading results in poor posture, obesity and weak abdominal muscles, which cause the neck to bend forward. Recipients of magnetic therapy find relief from the stress and emotional tension that cause the muscles to tighten and contract.

Use the illustration as a placement guide for magnetic therapy as an alternative health treatment for relief of neck pain.

For relief of neck pain, headache, eye fatigue and sinus pain, place your magnetic dots on Point A, in the indentations on either side of where the bridge of the nose meets the ridge of the eyebrows.

If you are suffering from a stiff neck, shoulder and neck pain, pain in the eyes, ears, nose, and throat, as well as mental problems, headache and vertigo, use the magnetic dots on Point B, in the center of the back of the head in a large hollow under the base of the skull, and on Point D, in the indentation at the base of the skull, one to two inches in back of the earlobe.

As with any alternative health therapy, consult your physician before beginning magnetic therapy and before discontinuing any on-going medical treatment.
